Ubud, surrounded by lush jungles and traditional Balinese charm. The first stop was the Melukat ritual, a sacred Balinese water purification ceremony. At a centuries-old temple, guided by a local priest, we took part in this spiritual tradition believed to cleanse the mind, body, and soul. The sound of flowing water and the smell of incense created a calming, deeply meaningful atmosphere.
After the ceremony, we continued our tour to a Luwak coffee plantation. Here, we learned the fascinating process of producing the world famous kopi luwak, from harvesting the beans to roasting and brewing. The plantation offered tastings of various Balinese teas and coffees, all while overlooking scenic rice terraces and tropical landscapes.
This Ubud tour was the perfect blend of culture, spirituality, and natural beauty a truly unique Balinese experience.
